Lucie Lopez
Creative Director / Perfumer
A graduate of ISIPCA, Lucie began her career in Grasse before spending nine years at Drom in Germany, where she developed cross-category expertise under the mentorship of Jan van Elst. Her travels around the world continuously inspire her creations, enriching them with diverse cultural and sensory influences. Appointed Creative Director in 2023, she joined our Dubai offices in 2026.
What profession would you have liked to pursue in another life?
"In another life, I would have loved to be an archaeologist, unearthing traces of the past and revealing forgotten stories. Or a pastry chef, creating fleeting moments of sweetness crafted with precision and indulgence."
Marine Jacolin
Master Perfumer
Granddaughter of perfumers, Marine carries forward a family heritage rooted in Grasse. She trained at ISIPCA and later at the Charabot school, specializing in fine perfumery under the guidance of Marcel Carles. Passionate about raw materials, particularly vetiver, she draws inspiration from her travels and her fascination with world cultures. Deeply committed to the transmission of knowledge, she values pedagogy and mentoring the next generation of perfumers.

Jean-François Thizon
Master Perfumer
Jean-François, a graduate of ISIPCA, began his career in Grasse, working with independent perfumers who nurtured his passion and helped him develop his style that is elegant, sophisticated, and full of contrast. A versatile perfumer, he excels in fine perfumery, home care, and personal care, with a strong presence in the Middle East. In 2023, he was awarded the Signature Scent prize at the Beautyworld Middle East trade show for his creation Golden Light.
If you could keep one memory in a box, which one would you choose?
"I would keep the scent of my mother’s neck when she held me in her arms as a child. A fragrance memory buried deep in my subconscious, one I sadly can’t recall, yet its mere evocation brings back feelings of tenderness and safety."
Floriane Delavet
Perfumer
Originally from Aix-en-Provence, Floriane developed a passion for scents from an early age, with a particular fondness for orange blossom, which evokes childhood memories. Trained at ISIPCA, she joined Parfex after gaining initial experience at IFF, progressing from Perfumer Analyst to Perfumer Creator while continually refining her technique and olfactory sensitivity. She has a particular affinity for cosmetics, for which she has created several remarkable signature fragrances.
In which imaginary world would you like to live, even for just one day?
"I would spend a day in a world like the one in the movie Avatar, a total sensory universe where every being resonates with the elements, between sky, sea, and earth. There, I would dive freely into waters glowing with bioluminescent lights, listening to the whispers of nature, eager to discover the hidden scents of this extraordinary fauna and flora."
Alexandre Vire
Perfumer
Trained for four years under an independent perfumer in Grasse, Alexandre mastered the art of patience and cultivated a deep passion for olfactory creation. Inspired by culinary flavors, devoted to natural raw materials, and fueled by his love of nature and hiking, he draws inspiration from the landscapes and flora he encounters. He was awarded the Mouillette d’Argent in 2022 for his fragrance A Touch of Rose.
What moments make you dream and inspire your creations?
"My hikes always lead me to unexpected landscapes: walking on snow, climbing peaks, gazing at seas of clouds… I love capturing these suspended moments in photos, freezing the light and the emotion. These experiences become a true source of inspiration for my perfumes."
Pauline Barthale
Perfumer
Originally from Drôme Provençale, Pauline developed a heightened olfactory sensitivity from a young age, fascinated by the scents of nature. After earning a master’s degree in Perfumery from ISIPCA, she began her career at Mane and later spent over ten years in Asia, honing her expertise in air fresheners and candles. She joined Parfex in 2022 and is now our reference for Asian olfactory trends.
If your life were a restaurant menu, what would the dessert be?
"It would be a mille-feuille — layers upon layers, each telling a story, marking a significant moment. From my childhood in the Drôme to experiences in Indonesia and China, and from Paris to Savoie and Grasse, every stage has nourished and shaped me, both personally and professionally."
Laurie Coromines
Technical Perfumer
After completing her Master’s in FOQUAL in 2018, Laurie began her career as a Perfumer Analyst and joined Parfex in 2023 where she had the opportunity to oversee her projects from conception to finalization. This experience allowed her to deepen her knowledge of raw materials and refine her olfactory sensitivity. After seven years of analytical expertise, she moved into the role of Technical Perfumer in 2026, bringing her rigor, precision, and creative sensitivity to every fragrance she helps bring to life.
If your personality were an animal, which one would it be?
"The horse! It has been part of my life for over 20 years, teaching me freedom, elegance, and perseverance. Like a sport horse, one must practice repeatedly to achieve synergy and balance, never losing sight of the passion that drives you. This is how I approach everything I do: with rigor, determination, and love for the work I undertake."
Laura Villemaire
Perfumer Analyst
Franco-Swedish, Laura grew up in Nice, spending her summers in Sweden. A dual culture that shaped her curiosity and sensitivity. She graduated from FOQUAL in Nice and trained at LMR-IFF before joining Parfex, where she started in Quality Control and quickly became a Perfumer Analyst. A lover of nature and sunsets, she is also passionate about dance, which she sees as a way to express herself and cultivate her creativity.
Which place in the world do you dream of discovering?
"I love traveling and immersing myself in new horizons, through both landscapes and gastronomy. Indonesia enchants me with its dreamlike beaches, majestic volcanoes, and the richness of its traditions. Its cuisine, alive with spices and unique aromas, promises a sensory experience I hope to savor fully one day."
Camille Jasak
Perfumer Analyst
Camille graduated from ISIPCA and completed her apprenticeship at Parfex before moving to Bangkok in 2019 where she experienced life in a new culture and embraced the adventure of living abroad. She returned to Parfex in 2024, enriched by this international experience. Full of energy and an epicurean at heart, Camille loves immersing herself in electronic music clubs and festivals around the world, as much as retreating at home, wrapped in a blanket or on a horseback ride, to recharge and reconnect with what truly matters.
If you could travel back in time, which era would you visit?
"I would go to Woodstock, the legendary festival that welcomed icons like Jimi Hendrix, Patti Smith, and The Beatles. To taste the 70s, breathe in the patchouli overdose, and feel the boundless sense of freedom that filled the air."
